40-V-LEISTUNGS-MOSFETs

Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ 6 40-V-Leistungs-MOSFETs sind für zahlreiche Applikationen und Schaltungen optimiert. Dazu gehören die Synchrongleichrichtung in Schaltnetzteilen (SNT) für Server, Desktop-PCs, drahtlose Ladegeräte, Schnellladegeräte und ORing-Schaltungen. OptiMOS 6 ist die perfekte Lösung für die Optimierung des Wirkungsgrads in SNT-Applikationen über einen großen Ausgangsleistungsbereich, wodurch der Kompromiss zwischen niedrigen und hohen Lastbedingungen vermieden werden kann.

Die OptiMOS 6 40-V-Leistungs-MOSFETs sind in zwei unterschiedlichen Gehäusen erhältlich: SuperSO8 - 5 x 6 mm mit einem R_DS(on) von 5,9 mΩ bis zu 0,7 mΩ und PQFN 3x3, 3,3 x 3,3 mm mit R_DS(on) von 6,3 mΩ bis zu 1,8 mΩ.

200V Power MOSFETs

Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ 6 200V Power MOSFETs are N-channel MOSFETs available in PG-TO263-3, PG-TO220-3, and PG-HDSOP-16 packages. These MOSFETs feature excellent gate charge x R_DS(on) product (FOM), very low reverse recovery charge (Qrr), low on‑resistance R_DS(on), and improved capacitance linearity.
