Regolatori di tensione LDO lineari TPS737

I regolatori di tensione lineari Low-Dropout (LDO) di Texas Instruments TPS737 utilizzano un transistor passante NMOS in una configurazione voltage-follower. Questa topologia è relativamente insensibile all'ESR e al valore del condensatore di uscita. Questa caratteristica consente varie configurazioni di carico. La risposta transitoria al carico è eccellente anche con un piccolo condensatore di uscita ceramico da 1 µF. La topologia NMOS consente inoltre un dropout molto basso.
