Vishay Semiconductors Minimold IR-Empfängermodule
Die Vishay Minimold IR-Empfängermodule bieten einen Fotodetektor und einen Vorverstärker in einem einzigen Epoxid-Gehäuse. Diese Empfänger bieten ein demoduliertes Ausgangssignal, das direkt an einen Mikroprozessor für die Dekodierung verbunden werden kann. Diese Geräte sind für die Immunität gegen Störungen durch Umgebungslicht und störende Impulsen in Energiesparlampen wie Kompaktleuchtstofflampen (CFLs) optimiert.
