Vishay General Semiconductor MBRx Dual High-Voltage TMBS® Rectifiers
Vishay General Semiconductor MBRx Dual High-Voltage TMBS® (Trench MOS Barrier Schottky) Rectifiers are designed for high-frequency applications, offering lower power losses and high efficiency. These Vishay rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop and high forward surge capability, making them ideal for use in switching mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and a peak forward surge current of 120A, the devices ensure reliable performance under demanding conditions. The ITO-220AB package meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is RoHS-compliant, ensuring both safety and environmental standards.Features
