Toshiba TB67B001 Brushless Motor PWM Driver

Toshiba TB67B001 Brushless Motor PWM Driver is a three-phase PWM chopper driver for sensorless brushless motors. This motor driver controls the motor rotation speed by changing the PWM duty cycle based on the speed control input. The TB67B001 motor driver offers overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and under-voltage lockout protection. This motor driver operates at a supply voltage of 25V and within a temperature range from -40°C to +105°C.
