Texas Instruments CC2540 2,4 GHz Bluetooth System-on-Chip-Geräte sind kosteneffektive, echte SoC-Lösungen mit geringem Stromverbrauch für Bluetooth-Niedrigenergie-Anwendungen. Die TI CC2540F128- und CC2540F256-SoCs sind mit 128KB oder 256KB Flash-Speicher ausgestattet und kombinieren einen hervorragenden HF-Transceiver mit einem branchenüblichen 8051-Mikrocontroller, 8KB RAM und vielen weiteren leistungsfähigen unterstützenden Funktionen und Peripheriegeräten. Die TI CC2540 SoC-Geräte ermöglichen die Herstellung stabiler BLE-Master- und -Slave-Knoten mit geringem Materialaufwand. Das TI CC2540F128 und das CC2540F256 eignen sich für Systeme, die einen niedrigen Energieverbrauch erfordern.
