TE Connectivity / DEUTSCH HD10 Steckverbinder
Die TE Connectivity / DEUTSCH HD10 Steckverbinder sind eine gegen Umwelteinflüsse abgedichtete, zylindrische Thermoplast-Steckverbinderserie. Alle HD10 Steckverbinder sind wahlweise für die fliegende oder Flanschmontage erhältlich, verfügen über Anordnungen von 3 bis 9 Kontaktkammern und können Kontakte der Größen 4, 12 oder 16 aufnehmen. Die HD10-Serie wird hauptsächlich für Diagnosesysteme genutzt, beseitigt Probleme, die mit der Montage- und Wartungszeit verbunden sind und ist zugleich für eine lange Lebensdauer ausgelegt.

- -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range
- Durability: No electrical or mechanical defects after 100 cycles of engagement and disengagement.
- Vibration: No unlocking or unmating and exhibits no mechanical or physical damage after sinusoidal vibration levels of 20Gs at 10 to 2000Hz in each of the three mutually perpendicular planes. No electrical discontinuities longer than 1 microsecond.
- Fluid Resistance: Connectors show no damage when exposed to most fluids used in industrial applications.
- 1000MΩ minimum at 25°C insulation resistance
- Immersion: IP68 rating
- Moisture Resistance: Properly wired and mated connections will withstand immersion under three feet of water without loss of electronic qualities or leakage.
- Dielectric Withstanding Voltage: Current leakage less than 2mA at 1500VAC.
- Thermal Cycle: No cracking, chipping or leaking after 20 test cycles from -55°C to +125°C.
