Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY85742-11EK1 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate SKY85742-11, a highly-integrated 5GHz Front-End Module (FEM). This module incorporates a 5GHz Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) Transmit/Receive (T/R) switch, a 5GHz Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a 5GHz Power Amplifier (PA). The SKY85742-11 features 29dB transmit gain, 13dB receive gain, and enable/disable function, and is available in a compact 16-pin, 2.3mm x 2.3mm x 0.33mm Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package. Typical applications include WLAN-enabled wireless video systems, PC cards, mini-cards, half mini-cards, 802.11ac set-top boxes, networking, and personal computer systems.
