ROHM Semiconductor BU42xx & BU43xx Voltage Detector ICs
ROHM BU42xx and BU43xx Voltage Detectors are integrated circuits (ICs) with high-accuracy, low-current consumption. The ROHM devices are complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Voltage Detector ICs with adjustable output delay. The devices have two output types (N-channel open drain and CMOS output) and detection voltages that range from 0.9V to 4.8V in increments of 0.1V. The average operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C. Ultra-low current consumption is 0.55µA (Typ.). Applications include circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.Features
