Nisshinbo RP605 Buck-Boost DC-DC Converters
Nisshinbo RP605 Buck-Boost DC-DC Converters feature an integrated battery monitor function and an ultra-low quiescent current. Optimized for low-power IoT applications, the Nisshinbo RP605 DC-DC Converters have a battery monitor pin, which makes it possible to construct a low-supply current and high-accuracy battery monitoring circuit with a small number of external components. This design enables a reduction in the size of IoT devices and reduces the supply current required. With a typical quiescent current of 0.4μA (DC-DC: 0.3µA, Battery monitor: 0.1μA), the RP605 can prolong battery life, contributing to the long operation of battery-powered IoT devices.Features
