Toshiba TLP2719 High-Speed Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP2719 High-Speed Photocouplers consist of a high-output GaAlAs light-emitting diode coupled with a high-gain and high-speed photodetector. These photocouplers come with inverter logic type (open collector) output. The TLP2719 photocouplers feature 1Mbps typical data transfer rate and ±10kV/µs (minimum) common-mode transient immunity. These photocouplers provide 5000Vrms (minimum) high isolation voltage that satisfies the reinforced insulation class according to international safety standards. The TLP2719 photocouplers are available in a SO6L package, contributing to system size reduction. Typical applications include intelligent power module signal isolation, Factory Automation (FA), and industrial inverters.
