TX00 Series

Toshiba TX00 Series 32-bit Microcontrollers contain an Arm Cortex-M0 core on-chip and offer the Thumb® instruction set. The Thumb-2 technology extends the limited 16-bit instruction set of Thumb with additional 32-bit instructions and thus provides excellent code density. This in turn leads to high energy efficiency. Additionally, the TX00 Series incorporates Toshiba-original high-precision analog functions. It is ideal for healthcare, energy measurement, and portable applications. The TX00 MCUs Series provides high computational performance and low power consumption with support from extensive software resources and an integrated development environment. This also helps to reduce Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs.

TX03 Series

Toshiba TX03 Series 32-Bit Microcontrollers embed an Arm Cortex-M3 core, which provides high code density and fast interrupt response times. This is required for many real-time applications. These microcontrollers also incorporate the Toshiba-proprietary NANO FLASH memory and feature high capacity and low power consumption, which are ideal for real-time control.

TX04 Series

Toshiba TX04 Series 32-Bit Microcontrollers are based on an Arm Cortex-M4 core and support the Thumb-2 and Thumb instruction sets. TX04 MCUs feature DSP extensions and a Floating-Point Unit (FPU) in order to deliver high energy efficiency. The TX04 Series also integrates a selection of Toshiba-original high-precision analog circuits on the same chip, making it ideal for mixed-signal applications such as digital video, audio equipment, home appliances, and sensor applications.

TXZ3 Series

Toshiba TXZ3 Series 32-Bit Microcontrollers offer an ARM Cortex-M3 core with an operating frequency range of 1MHz to 80MHz. The low-power, high-performance devices provide solutions used in home appliances, OA equipment, household equipment, AV, and motor control devices. The operation voltage ranges from 2.7V to 5.5V, with an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C.

TXZ4 Series

Toshiba TXZ4 Series are 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4 processors with FPU core-based microcontrollers and are suitable for high-efficiency signal processing applications. These Arm 32-bit MCUs operate from 2.7V to 3.6V supply range and 1MHz to 160MHz frequency range. The TXZ4 Series MCUs are available with built-in high-speed 12-bit ADC and plenty of timers/serial channels. These MCUs are widely used for the equipment in which high-speed data procedure is required, such as OA/digital products and industrial equipment.
