Texas Instruments TPS25752A USB Type-C® & USB PD Controller

Texas Instruments TPS25752A USB Type-C® and USB PD Controller is a highly integrated stand-alone controller optimized for USB-C Power Delivery source applications. The device supports USB Type-C PD source power designs and integrates fully managed power paths with robust protection for complete USB-C PD applications.

The TPS25752A supports USB PD 3.2, a programmable power supply, an adjustable-voltage supply, and liquid detection, all measured directly at the Type-C connector. The TI TPS25752A USB Type-C and USB PD Controller also provides built-in I2C control for TI DC/DC controllers, a web-based GUI, pre-configured firmware, configurable GPIOs, and 26V-tolerant CC pins for robust operation with non-compliant devices.

The controller is excellent for optional HMI panels, wireless speakers, power stations, telematics, and server racks. The TPS25752A is housed in a 32-VQFN package.
