Texas Instruments TMF00xxEVM Evaluation Modules
Texas Instruments TMF00xxEVM Evaluation Modules allow users to evaluate the performance, behavior, and function of TMF00xx Single-Wire FRAM devices, including TMF0008, TMF0020, and TMF0064. The EVM uses a USB stick form factor for direct host PC connection and includes a microcontroller preloaded with firmware for communication between the device under test and the PC.
The evaluation module operates with the Single-Wire_MEM_EVM_GUI software, an all-in-one tool for managing registers, modifying memory pages, and reporting device status. The TI TMF00xxEVM Evaluation Module supports standard and overdrive Single-Wire transfer speeds, provides USB power and data transfer, and includes onboard TMF00xx VSON package devices for evaluation.
The EVM is ideal for evaluating Single-Wire FRAM memory in medical disposables, cable identification, asset tracking, energy infrastructure, connected peripherals, printers, and counterfeit hardware detection.
