Das Texas Instruments LM5141QRGEVM Evaluierungsmodul (EVM) bietet eine vollständig funktionsfähige Abwärtsstromversorgung, die eine Spitzenstrommodus-Steuerung nutzt. Dieses Modul unterstützt die Evaluierung der Funktionsweise und des Betriebsverhaltens des LM5141-Q1 synchronen Abwärtsreglers. Das Evaluierungsboard bietet 5,0 V bei 5 A. Der Nenneingangsspannungsbereich beträgt 8 V bis 18 V. Das Bauteil kann für eine Schaltung bei 440 kHz oder 2,2 MHz konfiguriert und eingestellt werden.

  • Power supply
    • The power supply should be capable of 50V/10A
  • Electronic loads
    • The electronic load should be capable of 10V/10A used in constant current mode
  • Oscilloscope
    • An oscilloscope and 10x probes with at least 20MHz bandwidth are required
  • Meters
    • A current meter is required to measure the input current accurately
    • The maximum current rating of the meter should be carefully considered
    • The input current can be as high as 4.5A with the output at full load at the minimum input voltage
    • The output voltage should be monitored with a voltage meter capable of monitoring up to 10V
