ISO782xLL Dualkanal-Digitalisolatoren VON Texas Instruments sind hochleistungsfähige, isolierte Dual-LVDS-Puffer mit einer Isolationsspannung von 8000 VPK. Dieses Bauteil bietet eine hohe elektromagnetische Immunität sowie geringe Emissionen bei niedrigem Stromverbrauch und isoliert das LVDS-Bus-Signal. Jeder Isolationskanal hat LVDS-Eingangs- und Ausgangspuffer, die durch eine Siliziumoxid-Isolationsbarriere (SiO2) getrennt sind. Das ISO7820LL Gerät hat zwei Vorwärts-Kanäle. Das ISO7821LL Gerät verfügt über einen Kanal in Vorwärtsrichtung und einen Kanal in Rückwärtsrichtung. Durch innovatives Chip-Design und Layout-Techniken wurde die elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit der ISO7821xLL-Bauteile deutlich verbessert und ESD-, EFT-, Stoßstrom- und Emissions-Konformität auf Systemebene ist deshalb möglich.

ISO782xLLxEVM Isolated Dual LVDS Unidirectional Buffer EVMs

Texas Instruments ISO782xLLxEVM Isolated Dual LVDS Unidirectional Buffer Evaluation Modules (EVMs) feature the ISO782xLLx Isolated Dual LVDS Buffers. The ISO782xLLx has 100Ω differential termination at the input and output. It can also support accurate measurement of eye diagram and common mode termination at the output. These evaluation modules have a provision for measuring timing parameters accurately and for output common-mode termination. Each module is tested for the device's functionality and allows the designer to evaluate the user's design with each device.
