Texas Instruments ADS127L01EVM Delta-Sigma ADC Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments ADS127L01EVM Delta-Sigma ADC Evaluation Module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the ADS127L01. The ADS127L01 is a 24-bit, delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with data rates up to 512kSPS. It offers a unique combination of excellent dc accuracy and outstanding ac performance. The Texas Instruments ADS127L01EVM utilizes the TM4C1294NCPDT processor to communicate with the ADC via SPI and communicates with a PC over a USB interface. The evaluation module also includes a software application that runs on a PC to allow register manipulation and data collection from the ADC. A USB-A to Micro USB-B cable is included.
