Teledyne Relays RF131 & GRF131 Non-Latching RF Relays

Teledyne Relays RF131 and GRF131 Non-Latching RF Relays are single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) hermetic relays offering fail-safe functionality up to 18GHz. These non-latching RF relays operate over a -55°C to +85°C temperature range and provide minimal insertion loss and high isolation between signal paths. Teledyne Relays RF131 is a through-hole mount version that switches frequencies up to 12GHz with 20Gbps signal integrity. GRF131 is a surface-mount version with a ground shield to extend the frequency range to 18GHz and signal integrity to 40Gbps.
