Taiwan Semiconductor PU8JC Ultra Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PU8JC Ultra Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers are designed to achieve low power loss and high efficiency in a DO-214AB (SMC) package style. The rectifier features an 8A forward current and 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage within a -55°C to +150°C junction temperature range. The PU8JC provides a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL-1). The rectifier is lead-free, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 standards, and RoHS compliant. The Taiwan Semiconductor PU8JC Ultra Fast Surface Mount Rectifier is for switching mode converters/inverters, lighting applications, DC/DC converters, snubbers, and freewheeling applications.
