Taiwan Semiconductor BAS40x Schottky Barrier Diodes

Taiwan Semiconductor BAS40x Schottky Barrier Diodes are designed for mounting on small surfaces. These diodes feature low capacitance, 200mA forward current, 40V repetitive peak reverse voltage, low forward voltage drop, and fast switching capability. The BAS40x Schottky diodes comply with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 as per J-STD-020 and comply with Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21. These diodes are used in adapters, switching power supplies, low stored charge, and inverters.
