STMicroelectronics L638xE und L639x Gate-Treiber

Die L638xE und L639x Gate-Treiber von STMicroelectronics sind Einzelchip-Halbbrücken-Gate-Treiber für n-Kanal-Leistungs-MOSFETs oder IGBTs. Die L638xE und L639x sind Hochspannungsbauteile, die mit der BCD™-„Offline“-Technologie hergestellt werden. Diese Hochspannungs-Gate-Treiber sind so ausgelegt, dass sie eine Spannungsschiene von bis zu 600 V im High-Side-Bereich (schwebend) aushalten. Die L638xE und L639x Gate-Treiber-Logikeingänge sind CMOS- oder TTL-kompatibel, um die Verbindung mit Steuerbauelementen zu erleichtern. Diese L638xE Gate-Treiber sind in DIP-8-, SO-8-, DIP-14- und SO-14-Gehäusen erhältlich. Die L639x Gate-Treiber sind in SO-8-, SO-14- und SO-16-Röhrenverpackungsoptionen erhältlich.

    • CMOS/TTL Schmitt trigger inputs with hysteresis and pull-down
    • Undervoltage lockout on lower and upper driving section
    • Internal bootstrap diode
    • Outputs in phase with inputs
  • L639x:

      • 430mA sink
