BD9G101G Evaluation Board
ROHM BD9G101G Evaluation Board is developed to evaluate step-down switching regulator BD9G101G. It has a wide power supply of 6-42V, 1V-29V step-down output. The IC has an internal 800mΩ Nch MOSFET (1A max) and a fixed operating frequency range of 1.5MHz. A Soft Start circuit prevents in-rush current during startup along with protection low voltage error prevention circuit (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown detection (TSD). An EN pin allows can control simple ON/OFF for the IC to reduce standby current consumption.
