Renesas Electronics ISL68200 Abwärtsregler

Der Renesas/Intersil ISL68200 Abwärts-Controller verfügt über die Intersil eigene R4™-Technologie. Der Controller unterstützt einen großen Eingangsspannungsbereich von 4,5 V bis 24 V und einen großen Ausgangsbereich von 0,5 V bis 5,5 V. Er bietet auch integrierte LDOs, um eine Controller-Vorspannung für den Einzelversorgungs-Betrieb bereitzustellen. Der ISL68200 enthält eine PMBus/SMBus/I²C-Schnittstelle für die Konfiguration des Bauteils und Telemetrie- und Störungsmeldung.

ISL68200DEMO1Z Hybrid Digital Controller Demonstration Board is a 20A synchronous buck converter with PMBus control. The compact 6-layer board evaluates transient performance, fault protections, DC/AC regulations, PMBus programming, power sequencing, margining, and other features. ISL68200DEMO1Z includes a USB-to-PMBus™ adapter and a USB cable.
