RAMXEED Wide Voltage Range SPI FeRAMs

RAMXEED Wide Voltage Range SPI FeRAMs supports high memory capacity of up to 4Mbit. These FeRAMs operate from a 1.7V to 3.6V voltage range, enabling operation over a wide range of voltages. The wide voltage range FeRAMs use the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and offer exceptional endurance, with up to 10¹⁴ read/write cycles. These FeRAMs feature up to 40MHz operating frequency and high data retention. The wide voltage range FeRAMs are available in multiple packages such as SOP‑8, DFN‑8, SON‑8, and WL‑CSP.
