onsemi NCV8170 Ultra‐niedrige IQ 150 mA CMOS LDO-Regler
Die NCV8170 ultra‐niedrigen IQ 150 mA CMOS LDO-Regler von onsemi sind speziell für tragbare batteriebetriebene Anwendungen ausgelegt, die extrem niedrigen Ruhestrom benötigen. Der ultra-niedrige Verbrauch von typ. 500 nA gewährleistet eine lange Batterielebensdauer und die dynamische transiente Boost-Funktion verbessert die Geräteeinschwingzeit für drahtlose Kommunikationsanwendungen. Das Gerät ist in kleinen 1×1 mm XDFN4 und SOT-563 Gehäuse erhältlich.
