NXP Semiconductors S32K389EVB-Q437 Evaluation Board

NXP Semiconductors S32K389EVB-Q437 Evaluation Board is based on the S32K389 microcontroller in a 437-pin MAPBGA package. The board features multicore mode, HSE_B security engine, OTA support, and enhanced connectivity with two 1x Gigabit Ethernet and up to 12 CAN FD channels for high-performance networking. The S32K389 MCU offers 12MB Flash and 2.3MB SRAM, allowing the memory needed for advanced SDV applications.

The NXP Semiconductors S32K389EVB-Q437 Evaluation Board offers a standard-based form factor compatible with the Arduino® UNO pin layout, facilitating rapid prototyping and expansion for demanding automotive and industrial solutions.
