Mikroe MINI-M4™ Development Board for STM32
Mikroe MINI-M4™ Development Board for STM32 is a small ARM® Cortex™-M4 development board containing the STM32F415RG microcontroller. This powerful miniature development tool is pin-compatible with the PIC16F887 and PIC18(L)F45K20 microcontrollers and is designed to work as a stand-alone device or as an MCU card in the standard DIP40 socket. The board is equipped with a 16MHz SMD crystal oscillator and 32.768KHz crystal which can be used for an internal RTCC module. It also has a reset button and three signal LEDs. The MINI-M4 for the STM32 board comes preprogrammed with a fast USB HID bootloader, so no external programmers are needed for development. It operates on a 3.3V power supply, and an on-board voltage regulator allows the board to be powered directly from a USB cable.
Features
- STM32F415RG, ARM 32-bit Cortex™-M4 CPU with FPU, 1MB Flash, 192+4K RAM
- 0-wait state execution from Flash memory, frequency up to 168MHz, and DSP instructions
- USB 2.0 On-The-Go support Signal LEDs, Crystal oscillator, and Reset button on board
- Supports CAN communication
Applications
- DIP40 substitute for PIC16 and PIC18 MCUs working on 3.3V, thus adding exponentially more power to target device
