Mikroe MIKROE-3448 Audio Amp 6 Click

Mikroe MIKROE-3448 Audio Amp 6 Click is a mono/subwoofer audio amplifier that delivers 18.5W per channel with a 4Ω load. The Mikroe Audio Amp 6 is based on the TPA3138D2 class-D integrated amplifier. The amplifier utilizes a highly efficient switching scheme. It allows for longer operation and improved thermal performance with about 20mA in idle mode. This makes it the perfect choice for various battery-powered applications. Advanced EMI Suppression with Spread Spectrum Control allows the use of ferrite bead filters instead of bulky inductors. The TPA3138D2 IC is equipped with protection features, allowing a reliable operation.
