Microchip Technology VSC7414 Ethernet-Schalter

Der VSC7414 Schalter enthält einen integrierten 32-Bit-MIPS-CPU-Prozessor mit 416 MHz und externem DDR2/DDR3-Speicher. Dieser Schalter arbeitet bei einer Temperatur von -40 °C bis 125 °C und einer Verlustleistung von 1,6 W. Der VSC7414 Schalter bietet 2-Draht-, JTAG-, SPI- und SIO-Schnittstellen. The Microchip Technology VSC7414-01 Layer-2 GbE SGMII Ethernet Switch is housed in a lead-free Ball Grid Array (BGA) with a 19mm x 19mm body size, 1mm pin pitch, and 1.8mm maximum height.
