Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SL210HL/SL26HL Schottky Rectifiers

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SL210HL/SL26HL Schottky Rectifiers offer high efficiency, low thermal resistance, and low forward voltage. These rectifiers feature 2A forward current and 50A non-repetitive peak surge current at 8.3ms half-sine wave. The SL26HL Schottky rectifier operates at 60V voltage and the SL210HL rectifier operates at 100V voltage. These rectifiers meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and offer Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1. The SL210HL/SL26HL schottky rectifiers are lead and halogen-free and RoHS-compliant. These rectifiers are available in the SOD-123HL package. Typical applications include AC/AC and DC/DC converters, polarity protection, solar power inverters, wind turbine power systems, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and microgrid power management.
