Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 40V Auto-Grade N-Channel MOSFETs are designed to perform in harsh conditions and meet the stringent industry standards of AEC-Q101. These auto-grade MOSFETs, with optimized thermal properties, up to 175°C operating junction temperature, and a low junction-to-case thermal resistance, ensure excellent heat dissipation and stable operation. The 40V N-channel MOSFETs leverage split-gate trench technology to deliver reliable performance, ensuring longevity and resilience in diverse operational conditions. Featuring a high power density package, these MOSFETs are meticulously designed with a compact form factor, enabling effortless integration into size-constrained designs. The 40V N-channel MOSFETs are Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1) compliant, halogen-free, lead-free and RoHS-compliant.
