Marktech Optoelectronics MTPD PIN Photodiodes are high-speed InGaAs PIN photodiodes designed with high sensitivity and reliability. These photodiodes feature high-speed response and operate at a spectral range of 600nm to 2600nm. The MTPD photodiodes are ideally used in high-speed optical communications, industrial controls, optical switches, Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR), and medical applications.Features
