Littelfuse SD / SD-C 450W Discrete TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SD Unidirectional and SD-C Bidirectional 450W Discrete TVS Diodes are designed to replace multilayer varistors (MLVs) in electronic equipment for low-speed and DC applications. These 450W TVS diodes are designed to protect any sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient events. Littelfuse SD / SD-C TVS diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation and safely dissipate up to 30A of 8/20μs induced surge current (IEC61000-4-5) with very low clamping voltages.
