Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ TDM2454x Quad-Phase Power Modules play a pivotal role in enabling artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC). TDM2454x Quad-Phase Power Modules enable 280A power density in a 10mm x 9mm x 5mm package and low total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) for AI data center operators. These Infineon quad-phase power modules enable true vertical power delivery (VPD) and offer a current density of 2A/mm2. Vertical power delivery minimizes the distance that power needs to travel, reducing resistive losses and enabling increased system performance.
