Infineon Technologies Radiation Hardened 512Mb NOR Flash is designed for space and extreme environment applications and platforms requiring fast boot solutions. The industry-standard quad serial peripheral interface (QSPI) is easy to use with broad ecosystem support. This NOR flash offers 512Mb densities in a plastic or ceramic package coupled with the flexibility and fast performance required by high-reliability applications. Radiation hardened NOR flash memories provide an ideal FPGA boot/configuration solution for systems with low signal pin-count requirements, limited space, or low power. Infineon Technologies Radiation Hardened 512Mb NOR Flash has a 3V supply voltage and a military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
