Infineon Technologies PROFET™ + 48V Automotive Smart High-Side Switches
Infineon Technologies PROFET™ + 48V Automotive Smart High-Side Switches are designed for use in 48V board nets. These switches offer comprehensive protection functions, current sense diagnosis, 1/2/4-channels, and high short-circuit robustness. The PROFET™ + 48V switches drive all kinds of loads from 1A to 5A nominal load current. These switches feature an extended operating voltage range up to 60V to ensure the highest operational reliability. The PROFET™ + 48V switches are AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and are ISO 26262-ready. These switches are available in DSO-8 and TSDSO-14/24 packages. The PROFET™ + 48V switches are suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replacing electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, and suitable for 48V systems.
