Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ Leistungs-MOSFETs mit schneller Diode (FD)

Die OptiMOS™ FD-Geräte (Fast Diode) von Infineon sind die neueste Generation von n-Kanal-Leistungs-MOSFETs in 200V- und 250V-Optionen. Diese OptiMOS FD-Geräte von Infineon bieten reduzierte Qrr, einen sehr geringen On-Widerstand und eine Betriebstemperatur von 175ºC. Sie sind für harte Kommutierungen der Inversdiode optimiert und ideal geeignet für Anwendungen in Telekommunikationssystemen, industriellen Stromversorgungen, Audio-Verstärkern der Klasse D, Motorsteuerungen und DC-AC-Invertern.
