Der Cypress / S29GL512GT MirrorBit® Eclipse™ Flash-Speicher bietet mit bis 15ns einen schnellen Seitenzugriff. Er verfügt über eine entsprechende Direktzugriffszeit von 100ns. Er enthält einen Schreib-Puffer, der die Programmierung von maximal 256 Wörtern/512 Bytes in einem Vorgang ermöglicht. Dies führt zu einer schnelleren, effektiveren Programmierungszeit als mit standardmäßigen Programmieralgorithmen. Dadurch sind diese Geräte ideal für moderne integrierte Anwendungen, die eine höhere Dichte, eine höhere Leistung und geringeren Energieverbrauch erfordern.
