Guerrilla RF GRF50x0 Power LNAs
Guerrilla RF GRF50x0 Power-LNAs are high linearity power amplifiers (PA) with ultra-low noise figures (NF) for demanding first, second or third stage LNA applications. Wideband tunes deliver excellent P1dB, IP3, and NF over various bands. These Guerrilla RF high-performance devices can be tuned from 0.01GHz to 6.0GHz with >30% fractional bandwidths. Typical applications are linear driver amps for high PAR waveforms like LTE and WCDMA, small cell cellular repeaters, and signal boosters.Features
