ECS Inc. ECS-TXO-2520 Miniature SMD HCMOS TCXO Oscillators are sub-miniature devices featuring 15pF typical HCMOS output. The components come in a 2.5mm x 2.0mm x 0.9mm ceramic package ideal for wireless and IoT applications where stability is critical. The ECS-TXO-2520 offers a 3.2MHz to 55MHz frequency range in a -10°C to +85°C temperature range and is RoHS compliant.
