DMP4047 offers a low on-resistance of 55mΩ (max.), -40V drain-source voltage, ±20V gate-source voltage, -1µA zero gate threshold voltage, ±100nA gate source leakage, -3.0V gate threshold voltage (max.), and a 8.5ns turn-on delay time.
