Digilent FMC Pcam Adapter Quad Version

Digilent FMC Pcam Adapter Quad Version is a cost-effective way to add cameras to FPGA or APSoC development boards with a high-speed FMC connector. The FMC Pcam Adapter allows for the development of multiple camera systems by allowing the attachment of low-cost camera modules to high-speed development boards. Ideal applications include developing high-speed engines for video processing, advanced video algorithms, and video content analysis. The device can process digital video in real time, using intelligent vision solutions and any embedded vision application.

On the Digilent FMC Pcam Adapter Quad Version are system-side connectors that use level translators from MIPI-FPHY to LVDS and LVCCMOS. It's compatible with a VADJ voltage of 1.8V to 3.3V. The FMC Pcam Adapter is designed to work with Digilent's Pcam camera solutions and is compatible with the following Digilent systems boards:

1. ZedBoard
2. Nexys Video
3. Genesys 2
4. NetFPGA-1G-CML

The example projects show how the video protocol IPs are connected so the custom embedded vision kit can be built with FMC Pcam Adapter, one to four Pcam cameras, and ZedBoard Xilnx Zynq SoC platform.

Note: Please check the compatibility of the FMC Pcam Adapter with designs before purchase. It's recommended that an RTL design be implemented with the desired number of D-Phy interfaces constrained to the pin-out of the carrier card to be used for development, then be checked for compatibility.
