Digilent 410-378 Analog Discovery Impedance Analyzer

Digilent 410-378 Analog Discovery Impedance Analyzer is designed to adjust reference resistors and relays automatically. This design helps in the use of the impedance analyzer tool in WaveForms. The 410-378 impedance analyzer assists the Analog Discovery in automatically selecting the most appropriate configuration for the attached unknown impedance. This impedance analyzer is equipped with the 2 x 15 Analog Discovery connector, which makes it compatible with Analog Discovery 2 and Analog Discovery Legacy. The 410-378 impedance analyzer is used to analyze capacitive and inductive elements. This impedance analyzer uses the WaveGen 1, Oscilloscope device instruments, and a reference resistor.

Block Diagram - Digilent 410-378 Analog Discovery Impedance Analyzer

The 410-378 Analog Discovery Impedance Analyzer circuit is constructed as shown above. The load represents the inductive or capacitive item to be analyzed and the resistor is the reference resistor that is already loaded on the board. The resistor value depends on the load value and frequency.
