Cornell Dubilier (CDE) UPS Capacitors are constructed with metallized polypropylene film technology that ensures high quality and a long life. A high voltage five-minute burn-in/aging test is performed on all capacitors, followed by five high current discharge pulses. This testing protocol effectively screens out the potential for infantile or early-life failures. Reliability is essential to uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and is accomplished by CD-Aero’s unique testing protocol. CDE UPS capacitors are suitable for data centers, high-density power zones, buildings and critical industrial processes, and other industrial or facility applications.
