Azoteq IQS318 ProxFusion® ICs

Azoteq IQS318 ProxFusion® ICs are single-channel I2C (IQS318-100) / standalone (IQS318-101) inductive button applications without the long-term activation UI. These touch sensor ICs are configurable via external input pins, and on-chip calculations enable the IC to respond effectively in various use cases. The IQS318 sensor ICs feature automatic tuning, noise filtering, and debounce and hysteresis. These sensor ICs operate at a 1.71V to 3.5V supply voltage range and include low power consumption. Typical applications include snap buttons, backlight activation, wear detection, tamper switches, and general-use buttons/switches.
