Asahi Kasei Microdevices CQ36 Coreless Current Sensor ICs

Asahi Kasei Microdevices CQ36 Coreless Current Sensor ICs are designed for low heat generation even in continuous operation mode. These ICs include a built-in Delta-Sigma (Δ-Σ) modulator that can replace a shunt resistor and isolated ADC. The CQ36 sensor ICs' ultra-low noise feature is realized by III-V compound semiconductor Hall elements. These sensor ICs use high-sensitivity characteristics of compound Hall elements to achieve a high resolution. The CQ36 sensor ICs comply with the UL 61800-5-1 safety standard. These sensor ICs are ideal for applications such as multi-axis robots, collaborative robots, and AC servo amplifiers.
