Apacer Technology Inc. SV25P-M280 Solid State Disk (SSD) Drives

Apacer Technology Inc. SV25P-M280 Solid State Disk (SSD) Drives are designed with SATA-based connector pinouts. These drives comply with SATA Revision 3.2 interface specifications. The SV25P-M280 drives include compact and removable storage to support larger and faster host deployment. These drives use 3D NAND for a higher capacity of up to 960GB and provide more power efficiency than 2D NAND. The SV25P-M280 drives deliver sequential read performance up to 555MB/s and 490MB/s and sequential write.

The SV25P-M280 drives operate at 3.3V ±5% supply voltage and 0°C to 70°C standard temperature range. These drives feature a 425mA power consumption in active mode, 70mA power consumption in idle mode, >3,000,000 hours MTBF, and AES 256-bit hardware encryption. The SV25P-M280 drives are RoHS Recast compliant and are available in 22mm x 80mm x 3.88mm dimensions.
