Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4642 µModule®-DC/DC-Regler sind vollständige Dual-4A- oder Einzel-8A-Abwärtsmikromodule mit einem Schalt-Controller, Leistungs-FETs, Induktivität und allen unterstützenden Bauteilen. Der LTM4642 wird über Eingangsspannungsbereiche von 4,5-20 V (min. 2,375 V mit externer CPWR-Vorspannung) betrieben. Die Regler unterstützen zwei Ausgänge mit Spannungsbereichen von 0,6-5,5 V, die über einen einzelnen externen Widerstand eingestellt werden können. Der LTM4642 bietet ein hocheffizientes Design, das einen Dauerstrom von 4 A (5 A Spitze) für jeden Ausgang liefert.
