Die Dualok Steckverbinder der 38999-Serie Typ III von Amphenol verfügen über einen neu entwickelten Sperrmechanismus, um die feste Kopplung und Metall-zu-Metall-Verbindung in Umgebungen mit starken Vibrationen sicherzustellen. Die Steckverbinder werden mit D38999-Standardbuchsen und D38999-Standardeinsätzen verbunden und sind so konzipiert, dass sie bei Vibrationspegeln über MIL-DTL-38999 verbunden bleiben. Die Steckverbinder sind verfügbar in Stahl, Aluminium, Komposit oder Aluminium-Bronze in den Konstruktionsgrößen 7-25 erhältlich.
