Abracon ASWD-S2 RF Switches are wideband and high-linearity RF switches designed for exceptional performance across diverse frequency bands. These Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) reflective switches deliver low insertion loss, high isolation, and superior signal integrity, ensuring reliable connectivity for next-generation wireless systems. The ASWD-S2 RF switches ensure superior signal integrity and reliability, supporting high-linearity operation with P1dB up to 34.5dBm. These switches provide robust RF performance while operating across a wide voltage range of 1.6V to 3.3V and a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The ASWD-S2 switches offer broad frequency coverage from DC to 8.5GHz, making them ideal for general-purpose RF, Bluetooth, GNSS, LoRa, LTE, Wi-Fi 6E/7, UWB, and 5G/LTE applications.
